Please make sure your shipping address is correct. A $10 restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. If a package is returned, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, the restocking fee, and the reshipping fee.

We deliver nationwide across Canada using various carriers and provide complimentary shipping for orders totaling over $150.

For orders under $150, we offer a subsidized flat-rate shipping fee of $15.

In-person pick-up is available but you will need to reach out to us beforehand to confirm the pick up location (Don Mills and Lawrence - North York) or (Bur Oak and 16th - Markham).

OMD is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, delays due to weather, strikes, or any other conditions that causes a delay at the post.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order on your provided email.  The email will have all the details related to your order.

Currently, processing times are anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on products ordered.

We make our products fresh to order, which means it will take longer than some of our competitors. We believe that this method is safest noting our products are not treated with any additives or preservatives. Supervision is recommended when feeding OMD chews. Always provide fresh drinking water for your pet. Be aware of your dog's eating habits and their allergies prior to feeding.

Why are the recommended shelf lives on your listings so short?

Our listed shelf lives are intentionally conservative because they are copied into every product listing. This ensures that our customers use their treats safely and enjoy them at their best.

About OMD Treats:

Our treats are all-natural and crafted without preservatives or additives. Each package contains a silica desiccant to prevent oxidation and moisture. For optimal freshness, store your treats in a cool, dark place, ideally refrigerated.

Air-Dried Treats:

Generally, our air-dried treats remain shelf stable for up to a year. We intentionally over-dry our products to remove maximum moisture. Thicker items like heads, snouts, and beef ears, or oilier treats such as salmon, rainbow trout, or arctic charr, should be consumed within a month of ordering. If you know that you are not feeding it right away, please store it in the freezer and defrost when you are ready to treat your cat or dog. For more guidance, please DM or email us.

Freeze-Dried Treats:

To maintain freshness, store freeze-dried treats in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and heat. Unopened packages are shelf stable for several years. Once opened, we recommend finishing the treats within 6-8 months for the best quality.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a processing fee of $10.00 will be deducted.

For other brand products like Barebones, Raw Bone, Holisticanine and WoofNox, we have a 14-day return policy. These items must be unopened and still in their original packaging. Subject to a $5 restocking fee.
