Introducing our Lingcod Skins, caught sustainably on the coast of beautiful British Columbia. Wild pacific lingcod is an excellent source of protein that helps promote healthy bones, cartilage, skin and blood. Lingcod is also a fantastic source of omega 3 fatty acids selenium and vitamin B 12. These skins are much cheaper than our salmon rolls and a can easily be cut down to smaller sizes if you want to use it as meal toppers.
